Fitness

This class is offered at the following times:

Monday  6 am & 9:30 am & 5:30pm

Wednesday  6 am & 9:30 am & 5:30pm

Friday  6 am & 9:30 am & 5:30pm

Fitness classes are $125 per month. You may attend any of the fitness classes offered at the Rockpile. This rate does not allow training in the Combative or Self Defense classes.

We also offer additional savings per month with a recurring monthly subscription. You choose the day and the amount will be auto debited from your account. There is no minimum time or contract. You may stop anytime with 30 days notice.

Classes paid by recurring subscription is $105 per month (saving of $20 per month)

Personal Combatives

This class is offered at the following times:

Personal Combatives classes are $145 per month. The Personal Combatives program allows you to attend the fitness classes for the same fee.
